Welcome to Patch Notes, you’re about to be filled in on all our community news so get comfy!
First of all, we’re officially in the same month that Guild Wars 2 gets released! Pretty awesome. And if you would like to scratch the itch one last time before early access, there’s a stress test scheduled for August 2nd so get your game patched ASAP and we’ll see you in game.
Remember to chat to Tasha and Lazarus about any last minute HoM stuff you would like to finish. The HoM scheme is still running and has been extended to everyone up to 50 points. It’s there to help you reach as many goals as you can so please come talk to us. Congratulations to ranjit33 for reaching 30 HoM points!
Thanks to Andypanda for taking the time to finish the Guild Wars gallery we mentioned last month. You can check out the pictures here. Thank you to everyone who contributed pictures and remember to take screenshots in Guild Wars 2 so we can post them in a few years!
I’m also happy to announce that we’re now accepting mentor applications. So, if you feel you have the time and the interest to help out new MYST members and to ensure they’re fitting in and are comfortable, let us know! Mentors are ambassadors for the guild and for new and returning members. Specialists are ambassadors for everyone for our main games, or aspects of our main games such as PvP, dungeons, dancing without pants, etc and we’ll be releasing more details about them in the next 2 weeks.
On a related note, congratulations to Eki and Nemo on becoming mentors! Best of luck, you’ll both do well. To everyone else, give ‘em hell!

Congratulations to Timmeey for making the 24,000th post!
Things to look forward to this month include the obvious Guild Wars 2 release on the 28th, and a trip to the Underworld on Sunday 5th at 12pm UTC. Remember to keep an eye on the forums in the run up to Guild Wars 2 – there’ll be ways to contribute to decisions in preparation for launch.

Concerning my 30 points I’d say that we should congratulate Laz instead for tirelessly helping me through tons of elite skills and hard mode missions.
