I did, nothing wrong with it, honestly.

Surgery was, is, and will be (at least for a while) nothing more than a sterile butcher shop. Only difference is they (try to) fix up everything they chopped open afterwards.

Never seen an open heart surgery I assume?

No but i have watched multiple robotic keyhole heart surgeries. And a few back ones. There was a website that you could just watch a load of various operations on. Morbidly entertaining.

Yeah, the keyhole stuff is nice, but you cannot do all procedures that way. Sometimes you still have to saw open everything.
